REFLECTOR: Factory Support

Folks might get bored by my many stories of Fantastic Factory Support
(stranded in Billings, Montana)but they are my long distance family now
since I adopted them in 1995 after my factory demo flight with Dwayne S.
(We passed a Piper Arrow like it was standing still - Loved it.)

Have they gotten everything right all the time - no, but I haven't either
(three sets of nose gear doors.)  Occasional missing part- yep.  Still love
'em.   These are gutsy dedicated guys who have stuck with a bunch of weird
aviation enthusiasts and builders for many years.  They have politely taken
abuse and suggestions and done what THEY thought best.  We still have them
and a great aircraft.  Building is a frustrating elongated activity.  

I say Hip Hip Hurrah.

I'm not saying don't be persistent when mistakes occur but ALWAYS remember
most of us could not walk in their shoes.
