REFLECTOR: Overhead panel lighting

I have one like the elbow type shown in the center to focus it where ever I
might need it. I wired mine to a double throw switch powered by the plane's
electrical and a separate source to a 12 volt garage remote control battery
for emergency lighting if everything went really dark. I could then find my
flashlights. Check it at annual each year. In hindsight a push button
would be less likely to be left on.

I bought this light: http://www.airkitllc.com/
It is sold through Spruce. It lights up the panel and the overhead
switches. I bought it with Red & White lights.

I'm trying to decide on my overhead panel lighting. I'm thinking of some
type of small flood at the front of the fresh air plenum. So far it looks
like this from AS is the best choice:

What has everyone else down to illuminate the overhead switch panel?
