REFLECTOR: Reflector Digest, Vol 66, Issue 61- Canard pitch change

I don't understand how you can lower the front and raise the back of the
canard with the upper surface of the dog house being misaligned with the
rest of the fuselage?
You would also have to re-align the main attach bolts. My cutout for
the elevator torque tube has about a 1/8 clearance which would no longer
match up either?
