Hello everyone, looking for a MT 3 blade prop for a LYC IO360....any
advice on where to look without breaking the bank?......Or, does anyone have
another brand they like other than MT??

Thanks

What type, electric or hydraulic? Is the engine counterweighted? I have
invested over 18K in my mt for my IO-360-C1C over the past 8 years with
still no workable prop. It sits again on my hanger floor fresh from overhaul
with new blades and that is where it will stay. Even though it's zero time
at this point, I could not sleep at night pushing it off on someone. I
have come to the conclusion that the 180' firing pulses on the 360 (200hp)
without counterweights are to violent for the bearing/seal design of the mt
as this is what fails after approximately 40-50 hours.
Run Forest; Run!!
A friend with a cozy running a IO-360 is running the Aerocomposit with good
 results.
FYI,
