REFLECTOR: speed

Kurt,

I think the biggest issue is alignment/rigging.  Main wing aligned
correctly to fuselage,  canard  aligned correctly to  main wing., etc.. 
So that everything is in its sweet spot at cruise.   Having the  control
surfaces correctly rigged would be included in this.

Next is having the prop pitched correctly for the fuselage-engine
combination is crucial, especially in a fixed pitch.
