REFLECTOR: Attachments

[Velocity]

Does any one know why certain emails come as an attachments and other are do not. Example Scott Derrick's are always an attachment.

I use out look Express
Also any idea why some emails show up as if they have any attachment  (Small paper clip) but do not 
have attachment with them.
