Jim,
I had to play "swap the injectors" on my IO360 with a light speed to get
it to run LOP, best I could do was about 65 LOP. Any leaner and the
power would drop off considerably.
Do a Lean test per GAMI's instructions, you can download the form and
instructions. Then swap the injectors from the cylinder that first
peaked with the cylinder that last peaked. Do the test again. You may
need to swap different injectors but you get my meaning. The goal is to
get all the cylinders to reach peak as close together as possible.
This may allow you to run leaner mixtures and still have a smooth
running engine.
