REFLECTOR: Dimple Tape

Jim Hendrix (Standard Cirrus) posted some impressive research online. They
did some wind tunnel sims, oil flow tests, and a practical study using a
winglet mounted on a truck. My conclusion: Prop tests would be easiest to
validate. Dimples may work on wings and fuselage, but based on Hendrix
research, Velocities will require some serious testing and experimentation
on each model. That translates to lots of spare time. I vote for you guys
with finished Vs. Here's the Hendrix research:
