REFLECTOR: air induction

Thx Rene but it's not that simple. One of the first things I tried was a
good size K&N cone filter attached directly to the air induction inlet.
(my fuel injection has an elbow and it's totally enclosed in lower
cowling). It runs fine until you've got about 100knots of air coming in
thru the armpit scoops. The air blowing past it causes a low pressure
area by the induction inlet and it starves for air. With the updraft
cooling I don't seem to have the room for any kind of box filter...Tom
K & N. A multitude of choices.
